Once you collaborate one-on-one with your assigned tour expert and finalize your bespoke itinerary, the first payment becomes due. This covers your curated accommodations, private transportation, and the exclusive experiences woven into your journey. We request this payment six months prior to your departure, ensuring every detail is confirmed well in advance.
As your departure approaches, the final payment is collected 90 days before your tour, covering the remaining costs and ensuring that your entire journey unfolds flawlessly.
